Consent Forms and Payment Process for School Activities
When a school activity requires permission from parents or carers, a consent form is created and sent to parents for a response through QParents. Additionally, paper forms are available at the school office for your convenience.
Once permission is granted within the specified time frame, an invoice will be emailed to your designated address. We highly encourage families to utilize BPOINT or QParents for making payments. You can find the BPOINT payment link located at the bottom left corner of the invoice.
If you prefer to pay in person (via cash or EFTPOS), our payment/late-slip window is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 9:30 am. For cash payments, please bring the exact amount, as we are unable to provide change.
If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our office. We're happy to assist you in setting up a payment plan that suits your situation. Thanks to the generous support of our P&C, additional funds are also available through student our welfare program to assist families in need.
Debtor Statements
Account statements are emailed to families the first week of each month. If there is an outstanding balance on your account. A negative balance on your statement indicates a credit, no payment is required. To request a refund for a credit amount, please contact the office or email bsm@moorookass.eq.edu.au to request a refund form.
Please review your statement carefully. If you have any questions or notice any discrepancies, don't hesitate to reach out via email to bsm@moorookass.eq.edu.au. We kindly ask that outstanding amounts be paid at your earliest convenience.
Cancellations and Refunds
At Moorooka State School, we understand that unexpected events can occur in life. If you need to withdraw your child from an excursion or activity, please reach out to the school administration team at office@moorookass.eq.edu.au or call us at (07) 3426 5333 during school hours.
