Currently our tuckshop, located in the school hall, is open:

Monday , Wednesday  Thursday @ first break only

Friday - both breaks

… during the school term, with an updated autumn/winter menu which includes lots of delicious and nutritious options mostly made in house. 

We provide options for various dietary requirements including gluten friendly, vegetarian and halal however if you have specific needs please get in contact on the email address below.

Get involved, help out

We employ a paid team of convenors, however the tuckshop relies on volunteers to run smoothly. Depending on the day at least one volunteer is needed with some days eg busy Fridays and our specials days requiring two. If you can volunteer please let us know. Grandparents and other family members as well as community members are welcome to help out too!

If you are unable to volunteer day to day in the tuckshop you can still help by getting involved in our home baking program or donating items like flour (plain or SR), sugar etc..  Please get in contact via our email if you would like more information.

Specials

Tuckshop specials run regularly during term. They comprise of a main meal and usually a choice of two items: a drink, treat or fruit salad (note only the special is available on these days).  Look out for flyers around the school, on Qkr! or the P&C facebook page for details.

Menu and ordering

Our menu can be found via the links below or our app based ordering system Qkr! simply download from your app store and search for Moorooka State School to get started. (Please refer to the links below for a how to guide.)

We encourage families to use this convenient app based ordering system - it's so easy and you can order up until 8.15am on the day. You can however choose to order over the counter at the tuckshop after 8.30am on the day you wish to order.
