Student Principal For A Day

Dominic looks very settled in Mr Kerwin's "principal chair".
Student Principal for a Day is a national initiative of the Principals Australia Institute (PAI).

In 2014, Moorooka State School student, Dominic Sbeghen, has been selected to be the student principal for a day on June 4.

Dominic will get the chance to:
  • Step into the Mr Kerwin's shoes for a day
  • Take part in a number of leadership opportunities throughout the day
  • Contribute to a national online student conversation about leadership and the issues relevant to today's students
This is a unique opportunity for Dominic and Moorooka State School to be part of a national event that will help raise the profile and importance of quality school leadership.

One of Dominic's activities on the day will be his participation in the Leadership Revolution Project where he will contribute to an online forum of other student leaders.

Further information about Student Principal for a Day can be found on their website.
